Equestrian Pilates with Gemma Tattersall
Gemma recently starred in a DVD in which she evaluates three riders before they go through a programme of Pilates training, which is designed specifically to help improve their riding. The Pilates sessions are shown on the DVD, with instructions. Gemma then evaluates the riders again, and comments on their remarkable improvement.
During the filming, Gemma also made a short video for young people when they get their first pony, and the Director made an introductory video of Gemma.
